Payouts to Indonesia in IDR
Indonesia splits between bank accounts and e-wallets, and a large share of the country reaches for the wallet first. On your side both are one request.

What you pass in the request
-
Payouts
Bank code and account number.
-
Sender identity
Sender: name only. Recipient name: required.
How the payout works
One directory for banks and wallets
Banks and wallets — OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — share one directory, each with its own code. Pick one, then pass an account number for a bank or the recipient’s phone number for a wallet.
Amount and name
Whole rupiah; a decimal is refused before anything is sent. The name is required and passed to the payment system, so use the one the account is held under.

Questions and answers
-
Is a wallet payout different from a bank payout?
Not in the request. The only difference is what goes in the account field: a number for a bank, a phone for a wallet.
-
Which wallets do you reach?
The major domestic ones, including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay and LinkAja. The live list comes from the directory.
-
What about QRIS?
QRIS is Indonesia's national QR standard and is how wallets and banks interoperate domestically. For inbound payouts the addressing above is what applies.
-
Are amounts whole numbers?
Yes, whole rupiah.
-
How long does it take?
Under five minutes in the normal case, around the clock.
